Mel began working in the health and fitness industry in 2013. Starting out as a personal trainer before transitioning to massage therapy.
She enjoys working with a range of people to help them, feel, move and perform better. We all have different goals, so she will work with you to get an understanding of your specific needs so you can get back to doing what you love most. Having played a variety of sports herself she realises the importance of being able to move well and recover from training and competition.
Outside of work you can find Mel in the gym or on the water. She dabbles in powerlifting and weightlifting and is also a 5x Australian representative in dragonboat racing.
